1. Avo (half)
2. Original rice miilk powder ( 2*tablespoons
3. Chocolate rice milk powder ( 4* tablespoons)
4. Mixed raw nuts (hand full)
5. Flax seeds ( table spoon)
1. Grnd the flaxseeds
2. Add all the ingredients into the blender.
3. Add 250ml of water.
4. If the smoothie is too thick add more water. Little bit by little bit. Until the thickness is to your liking.
