Bootcamp - Do what it takes!

Bootcamp classes are meant to be of high intensity. Everyone partaking in the bootcamp class is expected to give 150% of what they've got. Although each person harbours different physical capabilities, everyone is expected work together and encourage each person to surpass their previous best.
By nature the classes are large. To ensure the class runs smoothly without interruption, everyone performs the same exercise.
Everyone knows how strong, fit and lean soldiers are. To get to that level of top physical condition, requires "doing what it takes". This means pushing yourself past your own perceived limits. Taking yourself into unchartered physical territory.
At Bootcamp our philosophy is just that. The Bootcamp instructor drills the Bootcamp participants to the point of exhaustion, ensuring that they achieve peak physical conditioning.
