About BoxingFit
BoxingFit started in January 2011.
The owner, Colin White is a qualified and experienced Personal Trainer. He has been in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer, for over 20 years.
Colin started his career as a fitness instructor at Health & Racquet gym, Constantia, Cape Town and continued to work at Virgin Active, Constantia when Virgin Active took over from Health & Racquet.
From there he moved to Jo 'burg and worked at the Hotbox Gym under Colin Nathan. After the broad experience gained at Hotbox Gym, Colin moved on to personal train at the Biomechanics gym under Mark Richie. Again, accumulating a wealth of knowledge from his colleagues. It was at the end of 2011 that Colin decided to go on his own and start BoxingFit, a mobile personal training business.
For the next 9 years Colin's trainers, including himself travelled to their clients and trained them at their home or office.
When lock down happened, Colin changed his business model to an online fitness training business. BoxingFit has been going and thriving for the last 10 years and continues to do so.
