In-Person Personal Training 

  • Travelling costs will be added to in-person personal training prices below once the travelling distance has been established.
  • The travel costs are subject to change according to the current petrol price and the type of vehicle driven by the trainer.

Private (One person per session)

60-minute sessions​
  1. Arrears* - R500 per ​session
  2. Upfront** - R325 per session
30-minute sessions​
  1. Arrears* - R400 per ​session
  2. Upfront** - R250 per session

Semi-private (Two people per session)

​60-minute sessions​
  1. Arrears* - R600 per ​session
  2. Upfront** - R375 per session
​30-minute sessions​
  1. Arrears* - R500 per ​session
  2. Upfront** - R300 per session
 For upfront payments, a minimum purchase of four sessions is required.​

In-Person Bootcamp Classes (45/60 minutes per class)

Public (3 to 20 people per class)

Upfront** (per person per month)
  •   1 Class per week - R300 per month 
  •   2 Classes per week - R400 per month 
  •   3 Classes per week - R500 per month 
Walk-in* (per person per class)
  • R100

Two classes per week

Two classes per week

Arrears*: Payments are completed at the end of the month.
Walk-in: Pay at the class before the class starts.
Upfront**: Payments are completed at the beginning of the month.  
In-Person: Trainer physically travels to their client and trains them at their home or office.
Disclaimer: * Instructors are aware that each person's physiology is different. Therefore, the effects of the type of service that BoxingFit offers for private and/or semi-private sessions may vary.
The instructors will therefore custom design each private and/or semi-private clients' programs to meet the physiological needs of each client and for best results possible.
The exercise routines designed by the instructors for the Bootcamp classes are one-size-fits-all. If a member of the class struggles due to lack of fitness or injury, the instructor will recommend a more appropriate exercise for the member to execute instead.
