BOXINGFIT FITNESS TRAINING​

In-Person Personal Training Sessions
  • ​Private Training - this is one-on-one training.  
  • Semi-private Training - two people per training session, usually couples. ​
The BoxingFit trainer travels to you and trains you at your home or office. The trainer also brings the necessary exercise and boxing equipment to assist in getting you fit and healthy. If you are interested in the boxing training side for fitness, we advise that you get your own boxing gloves for hygienic purposes. We do have gloves of our own if you would like to try boxing training first before you commit to purchasing gloves for yourself.
Our trainers are adept at most types of training methodologies, such as boxing, functional strength training, cardio, core, HIIT etc. They will design a customized exercise routine to help ensure that your health and fitness goals are met. 
   
Disclaimer: * Instructors are aware that each person's physiology is different. Therefore, the effects of the type of service that BoxingFit offers for private and/or semi-private sessions may vary.
The instructors will therefore customize each private and/or semi-private clients' programs to meet the physiological needs of each client and for the best results possible.
The exercise routines designed by the instructors for the Bootcamp classes are one-size-fits-all. If a member of the class struggles due to lack of fitness or injury, the instructor will recommend a more appropriate exercise for the member to execute instead.
