Bootcamp - Do what it takes!

As we are working with large groups per class, the instructors design the exercise program so that "one size fits all", however will do their best to cater for the individual's needs if required, without compromising the group. The effects that the type of service that Bootcamp offers may vary according to each client's level of commitment. That is, how much effort the client puts in.
We offer online bootcamp fitness classes.
The classes are affordable, tough but at the same time enjoyable.
The point of any exercise program, regardless of what it is, is to take you out of your comfort zone and continually challenge you physically.
Bootcamp is for people from all walks of life.
Everyone knows how strong, fit and lean soldiers are. To get to that level of top physical condition, requires "doing what it takes". This means pushing yourself past your own perceived limits. Taking yourself into unchartered physical territory.
Of course we are all built differently and how hard we push ourselves is relative to our own capabilities. As long as you challenge yourself each time you train.
