Experience: I have been working for more than 20 years as a personal trainer and boxing coach. My career as a personal trainer started in two leading gyms in Cape Town, South Africa. There I worked in various private gyms alongside Bio-kineticists and fellow personal trainers and continued to accrue exercise knowledge and personal training experience. To this day I update my knowledge of exercise and training methods to ensure that I can provide the best service possible to my clients.
