Live Online Personal Training Sessions

The sessions are live which means that the trainers are present, albeit online. They instruct and monitor you for the duration of the sessions, ensuring that you reap the full benefits offered by the exercise program. The objective of any exercise program, regardless of what it is, is to take you out of your comfort zone and continually challenge you physically and therefore mentally. Exercise is not just about improving you physically, it also maintains and enriches your mental well-being.
The sessions take place in your home or office, at your convenience, using Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp video etc. No exercise equipment required, except an exercise mat.
In addition to the conventional 45/60-minute sessions, we offer 25-minute sessions for executives whose time is limited.
Being optimally fit and healthy will help executives have the physical stamina and mental sharpness to keep up the pace, make better decisions and therefore ensure a higher probability of success.
Once you decide to try out a session, you will receive a link showing the date and time of the session.

The exercise routines designed by the instructors for the Bootcamp classes are one-size-fits-all. If a member of the class struggles due to lack of fitness or injury, the instructor will recommend a more appropriate exercise for the member to execute instead.
