I have been doing boot camp with BoxingFit for about five years. Before that I used to go to the gym.
I find boot camp with boxing BoxingFit much more convenient, more personal, and better exercise.
It is more convenient because it is online every weekday at the same time and I do it in my sitting room in Wiltshire, England. It is more personal because the classes are live and tailored and there is interaction between everybody in the class. And the exercises are well ... sometimes hard!
Daily boot camp classes mean that I maintain my fitness level throughout the year and control my weight. I feel more optimistic and in good health! Being physically tired also helps me to sleep better.

I was fortunate in being able to do two sessions of bootcamp a week with Colin. I was not keen on the idea in the beginning, as I am 49 and hadn’t done any form of exercise for many years and I was totally unfit.
But a group of ladies at the office wanted to do it, so I tried the 1st free session, and really enjoyed it. We started training in March 2021, so it’s been about 8 months now.
The online Bootcamp classes really benefited me, bearing in mind I have not been dieting, I definitely feel that I have lost weight. My whole body is firmer and more toned. I actually enjoy the sore / stiff feeling for the 2 days after each class 😊
I found a great improvement in my energy levels and am more able to focus and concentrate, since we started doing Bootcamp.
Our fitness levels improved and Colin kept pushing us. He is great fun and watches us all to make sure we are doing the exercise correctly. Very professional !

Colin has been an excellent personal trainer. I really enjoyed the mix of boxing and general exercise – his expertise in boxing* made the sessions far more varied compared to other personal trainers I have been to. He always has a smile on his face, is always on time and is passionate about his job. It was very convenient having him travel to my house to train. If I couldn’t make a session, he always tried extremely hard to find a convenient time to make up the session. I would be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

Boxing is making my boy extremely fit with Colin White
My son Henry is very tall for his age (in the 95-97th percentile). He's not fat -- he's just very tall.
One common issue is that he hasn't developed enough muscle strength to carry his body around. Henry has what experts call "low muscle tone."
Other kids play on the jungle gym, but because Henry isn't strong enough to lift himself, he dislikes it. So, he doesn't get as much exercise as he could.
And it's showing up in his schoolwork. Because he's not strong enough to sit at a desk, he finds it hard to concentrate. Henry has been going to Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy -- which is helping enormously. But once a week seemed too infrequent. That's when I was lucky enough to run into Colin.
Colin works with Physiotherapists to make sure the kids maintain the strength they build up in the therapy session. He concentrates on the areas that Henry needs to make sure Henry is getting the right exercises. He is young Henry's "Personal Trainer." In just six sessions, we've seen a huge improvement in Henry. *
He concentrates better on his schoolwork. He is proud of his stronger body. And he seems more confident. Henry keeps telling me: "Papa, I'm getting so strong!" *
I watched a bit of the session recently and I am amazed at how much Colin packs into 20 minutes.
The boxing exercises help him cross the mid-line and do what they call "movement planning" -- so that Henry increases his Physical Intelligence. *
The strength exercises are helping Henry develop a strong core and lots of shoulder stability.
A strong core helps Henry sit at the desk for longer periods without slumping or fidgeting; and strong shoulder stability means he can hold the pencil correctly and work more neatly. *
Our exercise regime is: Physio on Tuesday, Colin on Thursday, and then we (my wife and I) help Henry does his circuit on Sunday as well.
Colin is encouraging, and kind as well as firm. He has developed a star chart system (with prizes!) to help Henry keep track of his exercises.
When Henry won his first prize (a tiny plastic spinning top), he was so excited he took the top to bed with him so he could sleep with it!
Henry looks forward to Thursdays when Colin comes. It's the highlight of his week.
Henry's physiotherapist and OT are all noticing the difference in Henry. And has Henry gets visibly stronger, he is proud to tell me of the changes that Colin is making in the circuit. We have also noticed increased concentration in Henry -- especially after an exercise session. *
Colin is truly knowledgeable about exercise and the human body and loves to work with Physiotherapists to make sure my child gets exactly what he needs.
I am more than happy to recommend Colin to anybody who asks. I consider it an incredibly lucky day that I met Colin when I did.
