  1. BoxingFit's training philosophy is that we build you from the inside out, thus ensuring that your core is strong & that you have a solid foundation to work from. This allows you to train maximally each time. Having said that, it is important to note that safety for BoxingFit always comes first. We train you according to how you feel. If you feel great, we train you hard. If you feel less than great, we train you appropriately. If you have the flu or a severe injury, we do not train you at all. *
