Consider reducing the intensity and length of your workout. Instead of going for a run, take a walk, for example.
If the symptoms are below the neck it is not advisable to to exercise as you may damage your heart and or induce a heart failure.

The sugarfree diet works or should I rather say the sugarfee lifestyle. So I started the lifestyle in August 2015 where I stopped consuming all sugar, including refined foods(white rice, pasta, pastries, biscuits, all breads etc.), alcohol. The only sugary food I allow myself is raw honey( to sweeten health drinks). The foods that are on the menu are all fruits, all veggies, natural starches, (potatoes, gem squash, pumpkin etc.) and whole grain foods(oats, long/ short grain brown rice), all nuts, all cheeses. When I started the lifestyle I weighed in at a podgy 88kg and now I weigh a ripped 75kg. Beside having lost the weight I have more energy. My oral health is better and I just generally feel great.
