The simple answer is eating as natural as possible. So fruit and veg, meat that is from animals that roam freely eating from nature etc. Unfortunately the food we generally buy in supermarkets is tainted by greed.

Doms is basically caused by micro tears in the muscle. The micro tears, experts say are caused mostly by eccentric contactions of the muscle. That is the lenghthening of the muscle.
I think that if you eat healthy and allow your body to recuperate sufficiently bettween exercise bouts then you can run as much as you please. Everyone knows that onions make your eyes water when preparing them for a meal that has onions part of the ingredients. So I have this theory rhat one of the benefits that onions has that is overlooked is onions help clean your eyes of impurities and possibly help to prevent conditions suchas cataracts. Just a theory though. What do you think?
