Everyone knows that onions make your eyes water when preparing them for a meal that has onions part of the ingredients. So I have this theory rhat one of the benefits that onions has that is overlooked is onions help clean your eyes of impurities and possibly help to prevent conditions suchas cataracts. Just a theory though. What do you think?
