Fibre is essential for us, as it cleanses our digestive system and thereftherefore allow our body to absorb maximum amounts of nutrient givgiving our bodies the tools to live optimally.
Marketers will tell you anything to make a sale such foods that are healthy for you but in actual fact are not. Such as commercial smoothies, diet drinks etc.
Why mess with nature. Women are perfect the way nature intended them to be. Unless the steroids are necessary to treat a medical condition. Women were build feminine and that is what I find attractive. Curves is what it's all about.
I usualy exercise on an empty stomach, although on occasion I'll eat fruit before I train. The difference between, I have experienced, exercising on an empty stomach and eating before exercise is energy levels. I have more energy eating before exercing rather than after.
