Apple cidar vinegar Blueberry nut health drink...
For 1 person. 1) 1 cup plain yoghurt 2) 1 teaspoon pecan and macadamia nut butter. 3) half a handful grounded raw cashew nuts. 4) 1 tablespoon flaxseed 5) 1 cup of blueberries 6) 1 tablespoon raw honey 7) 1 cup of water. Blend all above ingredients together. Pour into a glass and enjoy a very healthy drink. Bon appetite I love swimming. I use in my off season to help rehab any injuries I may have picked up during the year.
I love honey. Anything nature makes seems to be healthy. Yet we humans try recreate what is there already and fail miserably.
Raw Honey I always thought that as soon as you apply heat to foods the nutrients that food is holding is destroyed due to the heat.
