For 1 person.
1) 1 cup plain yoghurt
2) 1 teaspoon pecan and macadamia nut butter.
3) half a handful grounded raw cashew nuts.
4) 1 tablespoon flaxseed
5) 1 cup of blueberries
6) 1 tablespoon raw honey
7) 1 cup of water.
Blend all above ingredients together. Pour into a glass and enjoy a very healthy drink. Bon appetite
