Berry immune booster...
Ingredients
1. Strawberries*1 cup
2. Frozen berries*1 cup
3. Banana*1
4. Pure ginger root juice*quarter cup
5. Cinnamon powder *1 tsp
6. Turmeric powder*half tsp
7. Raw Honey*2-3 tsp
7. Powdered rice milk* 3-4tblsp
8. Water*1-2 cups

Blend all above ingredients till smooth consistency . Then enjoy a very refreshing immune boosting drink.

Hi Everyone. My apologies. I forgot to add coco powder and rice milk. Check below for amended recipe.
Guilt free double thick chocolate shake...highly nutritious...
1) 1*avo
2) 1*tbl of ground almonds
3) 1*tbl of ground cashews
4) 1*tbl of ground flaxseed
5) 1*tbl of ground pumpkin seeds
6) 1*tbl of ground sunflower seeds
7) 1 to 2*tsp of honey
8) 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt.
9) 3-4*heaped tsp coco powder
10) 3-5 heaped tsp rice milk powder
11)Water

Add above ingredients into blender. Initially add small amounts of water. As you blend all ingredients to a smooth consistency add water until you reach a favourable consistency.
Enjoy a beverage full of goodness to help keep your health optimal.

Carob nut butter on seed loaf toast.


1. Ground cashews - half a cup.
2. Ground flaxseed - 1tbl.
3. Ground lecithin granules - 1tbl.
4. Raw honey - 1tsp
5. Carob powder - 1tsp
6. Water - 1tsp.
7. Seed loaf toast.


Mix 1 to 6 together into a delicious paste. Spread on toast. Then bon appetite.

Chocolate health shake recipe high in fibre and essential fats.
Ingredients -
1) Pure coco * 3 to 4 tsp
2) Rice milk powder * 3 to 4 tsp
3) Cooked oats * 1 to 2cups
4) Soaked Chia seeds * 1/2cup
5) Grounded flaxseed * 1 tblsp
6) Lecithin granules * 1 tblsp
7) Honey * 1 tblsp
8) Water as required depending on your preferred consistency.


Soak Chia seeds (2 tblsp) in water for a day.


Blend all above ingredients together until smooth.
