Ingredients -
1) Pure coco * 3 to 4 tsp
2) Rice milk powder * 3 to 4 tsp
3) Cooked oats * 1 to 2cups
4) Soaked Chia seeds * 1/2cup
5) Grounded flaxseed * 1 tblsp
6) Lecithin granules * 1 tblsp
7) Honey * 1 tblsp
8) Water as required depending on your preferred consistency.
Soak Chia seeds (2 tblsp) in water for a day.
Blend all above ingredients together until smooth.
