Ingredients:
1) Green tea ( loose leaves)
2) Gingko Biloba ( loose leaves)
3) Fresh Ginger root
4) Unradiated honey
Requirements:
1) Tea strainer
2) Large tea pot
Method:
Put a teaspoon of green tea and a teaspoon of Gingko Biloba in the tea strainer. Then place the tea strainer into the teapot.
Cut 3 to 4 slices of Ginger root and put into the tea pot. Lastly put a teaspoon of honey into the tea pot. Fill the tea pot a quarter of the way with cold water and the rest with boiling water. This ensures that the water is not too hot.
Allow to brew and cool down. Once cool pour the ice tea into a flask or water bottle. Then drink throughout the day.
The green tea helps to raise your metabolism. The gingko biloba is great for circulation and memory. The ginger root assists with digestion. Honey is for taste and helps prevent infections. All in all the blend helps improve your health and tastes great.
