BoxingFit health and wellbeing challenge

Hi Everyone. Thirty days ago I launched a health and wellbeing challenge on facebook and twitter and with my BoxingFit clients.
It has since been 30 days. When I started the diet I was weighing 86kg.
These 30 days were quite challenging, I must say. Every now and then a small amount of food that contained either sucrose(sugar) or fructose would enter my mouth. Not sweets or chocolate, but rather foods that one wouldn't think has sugar in it. E.g tomoto sauce. However since I started this challenge I have become aware of how much sugar there really is in our daily lives. So I did consume small amounts of sugar, but nothing huge, like bread or pasta or pastries or sweets.
So now once the 30 days had passed I had to step up to the plate. As in step up onto a scale to discover the 'moment of truth'.
.....and yes I did lose weight. Bare in mind though before I reveal my current weight. During the challenge, I in no way attempted to deliberately restrict my calories. I ate as much as I would have if I weren't on the challenge. I just at more fibre and healthy fatty foods. e.g. avocado, vegetables and fruit. I also ate a lot of cheese btw.
I reduced my frequency of exercise to twice per week and sometimes no exercise at all in a week.
Stepping onto the scale and looking down I saw that I lost 8kg in 30 days and I now weigh 78kg.  I can only say, that I have a big smile on my face.
