1) 1 cup cooked oats for consistency.
2) 1 handful of Grounded walnuts, cashews, and almonds.
3) 1/3 tin coconut milk.
4) 1 teaspoon raw honey.
5) 1 tablespoon carob powder.
6) 1 or 1/2 cup of water depending on how think you want it.
Blend together and enjoy a deliciously healthy shake.
