Hi everybody. I hope you are all well. Since it is the flu season I am going to suggest that the first thing you eat in the morning are 2 to 3 oranges. Allow your body to absorb all the essential flu fighting nutrients before eating anything else. Remember there is a reason why oranges are ready to be eaten in winter.
